Neoprene Cork Neoprene (VNCN) Pads are made of 9.5mm Cork Sheets Sandwiched between 6.5mm Neoprene Sheets. VNCN pads are available in exact sizes, which can minimize labour substantially and are Suitable for Horizontal Compressors, Pumps, Centrifugal Compressors and other basement located equipment to reduce vibration problems. VNCN Pads of 8mm Cork thickness is also readily available.

Applications.

  • These pads are most suitable for non-critical applications to reduce noise and vibrations and it eliminates the need for bolting down.
  • Because of the identical rubber grids back to back, these pads can prevent the sliding and reduce shock.
  • When the horizontal strong force operates during normal installation, these pads can be fixed to the equipment’s surface by special adhesives.
  • These high tensile black pads are advantageous with its self-sealing nature, oil resistance and physical specifications.
  • When an equipment stand has too small bearing area to be placed directly on the pad a steel load distributing plate is required, this pad is cold bonded to a steel plate.
